on the morning of April 7, 2013 melvin got sick and puked up blood as a result melvin was taken to the hospital for observation. news of melvin's sickness shocked his brother nathan j. wallace, who was scheduled to face melvin in a rematch from WrestleMania 27 in atlanta in which nathan won. laura wallace notified vickie guerrero and booker T of this development. a decision was made that nathan has until 8:00pm to choose a new opponent or risk forfeit. nathan, after completing a post-war mortville-USA diplomatic mission his choice was quick. Crybaby Walker was chosen along edwin baldwin. to make this new challenge interesting, nathan insisted that Crybaby put the World Wide Fighting Championship on the line in a STEEL CAGE! Crybaby and baldwin respectively accept nathan's challenge and it was a triple threat STEEL CAGE match for the title!
